LONDON - Parlophone Records in association with BBC Studios and Glastonbury Festivals Ltd. are proud to announce DAVID BOWIE GLASTONBURY 2000 on 2CD/DVD, 3LP, 2CD, and standard and high resolution digital formats documenting Bowie's legendary Sunday night headline performance on  June 25 at the most famous festival on earth.

The package includes the full 21 song greatest hits set and for the first time, a DVD of the entire show (only 30 minutes of which has ever been broadcast on TV) including the Glastonbury performance of "'Heroes'," a highlight of the record breaking "David Bowie Is..." exhibition and the only track that has been previously released.

All formats feature Bowie's diary, originally written for Time Out, which documents him preparing for the show in his own inimitable manner:

"As of 1990 I got through the rest of the 20th century without having to do a big hits show. Yes, yes, I know I did four or five hits on the later shows but I held out pretty well I thought...big, well known songs will litter the field at Glastonbury this year. Well, with a couple of quirks of course."

In addition to newly mastered audio and upgraded video DAVID BOWIE GLASTONBURY 2000 features new artwork from Jonathan Barnbrook (who worked with Bowie on the sleeves for Heathen, The Next Day, & ★) and notes from the renowned author and Bowie fan Caitlin Moran, who reviewed the show for The Times.

The package features photos of Bowie resplendently dressed in a 3/4 length one-of-a-kind Alexander McQueen frock coat, the pattern of which was made to echo the hat (the famous 'bipperty-bopperty hat' mentioned in the song "Queen Bitch") and worn by Bowie at his Glastonbury Fayre debut in 1971.

Glastonbury co-organiser Emily Eavis commented "I often get asked what the best set I've seen here at Glastonbury is, and Bowie's 2000 performance is always one which I think of first. It was spellbinding; he had an absolutely enormous crowd transfixed. I think Bowie had a very deep relationship with Worthy Farm and he told some wonderful stories about his first time at the Festival in 1971, when he stayed at the farmhouse and performed at 6am as the sun was rising. And he just played the perfect headline set. It really was a very special and emotional show".

Emily's father Michael, the founder of the festival who first met David at Glastonbury in 1971 said "He's one of the three greatest of all-time: Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and David Bowie."

Three New Digital Releases Available Now
As 50th Anniversary Celebration Begins

50 Years Ago This Week, John Bonham, John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page,
And Robert Plant Began Recording Their Debut Album

50 years ago this week, John Bonham, John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page, and Robert Plant convened in Olympic Studios in London to begin recording their debut album as Led Zeppelin. A mere 36 hours in the studio followed and Led Zeppelin was complete. Produced by Jimmy Page, the album was released in January 1969 on Atlantic Records and commenced one of the most legendary canons in rock 'n' roll history.

To celebrate this historic golden anniversary, the band unveiled three new digital-only releases today on all digital download and streaming platforms.

LED ZEPPELIN X LED ZEPPELIN is a comprehensive, career-spanning 30-track collection traversing all eight of the band's landmark studio albums including definitive tracks such as "Immigrant Song," "Whole Lotta Love," "Kashmir," "Ramble On," and "Stairway To Heaven."  The set also includes the "Sunset Sound Mix" of "Rock And Roll," making its digital debut here after being released for the first time earlier this year on Record Store Day as a limited edition 7-inch vinyl single, which is now the best-selling release in Record Store Day history. 

AN INTRODUCTION TO LED ZEPPELIN, serves as a 10-track entry point to one of the most essential catalogs in rock 'n' roll and features all the previously mentioned classic songs along with "Black Dog," "Good Times Bad Times," "Going To California," and "Over The Hills And Far Away." 

The final release is the digital version of the band's first ever Record Store Day release, which was produced by Page and previously available earlier this year as a limited edition 7-inch vinyl single. The two-track set features the digital debut of the "Olympic Studios Mix" of "Friends," a stripped down version without the orchestration of the final mix, along with the aforementioned "Rock And Roll" (Sunset Sound Mix).

3-CD And 5-LP Collections Celebrate The Legendary Band's 50th Anniversary
With 50 Songs Spanning Their Entire Career

LOS ANGELES - Fleetwood Mac will celebrate a half century of music this fall with a new 50-song collection that is the first to explore the group's entire career, from its early days playing the blues, to its global success as one of the most-enduring and best-selling bands in rock history. 50 YEARS-DON'T STOP will be available as both a 50-track, 3-CD set ($34.98) and 5-LP vinyl set ($99.98) on November 16. A 20-track single CD version ($18.98) will also be available on the same day. Both versions will be available on digital download and streaming services as well.

The new compilation touches on every era in the band's rich history and offers a deep dive into Fleetwood Mac's expansive catalog by bringing together essential tracks released between 1968 and 2013. 50 YEARS-DON'T STOP also highlights the talented musicians who have recorded under the Fleetwood Mac banner over the years, including Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, Jeremey Spencer, John McVie, Danny Kirwan, Christine McVie, Bob Welch, Bob Weston, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Billy Burnette, Rick Vito, Dave Mason, and Bekka Bramlett. The collection also features rare photos from the band's career along with new liner notes by veteran music writer David Wild.

The first disc revisits Fleetwood Mac's early years as a blues-rock combo, a six-year period that began in 1968 with the band's self-titled debut and ended in 1974 with its ninth studio album, Heroes Are Hard To Find. Many of the songs featured here were Top Ten hits in the U.K., including "Man Of The World," "Oh Well - Pt. 1," "The Green Manalishi (With The Two Prong Crown)," and the #1 hit, "Albatross."

The second disc focuses on Fleetwood Mac's most commercially successful period with music from a trio of multi-platinum releases - Fleetwood Mac (1975), Rumours (1977), and Tusk (1979) - plus the acclaimed concert album Live (1980). Together they've sold millions of copies worldwide, with Rumours alone selling more than 40 million copies. Several of the band's most beloved tracks come from these albums including "Rhiannon," "Say You Love Me," "Go Your Own Way," "Don't Stop," "You Make Loving Fun," and the #1 single "Dreams."

The final disc explores songs the band released between 1982 and 2013, including major U.S. hits like, "Hold Me" (#4), "Gypsy" (#12), "Big Love" (#5), "Little Lies" (#4), and "Everywhere" (#14). Also featured are several rarities ("Paper Doll" and "As Long As You Follow"); a live version of "Silver Springs" from the multi-platinum concert album, The Dance (1997); and "Sad Angel" from the band's most recent release, Extended Play (2013).

Fleetwood Mac kicks off a North American tour in October that will travel through 50+ cities, ending in Spring of 2019. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will feature the line-up of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie along with newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn.

LOS ANGELES - The Eagles created an indelible musical legacy over an extraordinary career that spans more than 40 years and includes six number one albums, more than a dozen Top 40 hits, and six GRAMMY Awards. This fall, LEGACY will bring together all the music that made the Eagles one of the best-selling bands in music history in one extraordinary collection.

Two versions of LEGACY will be available on November 2. The first has 12 CDs and includes all seven of the band's studio albums, three live albums, and a compilation of singles and b-sides. Available for $179.98, it also includes two concert videos: Hell Freezes Over (DVD) and Farewell Tour: Live From Melbourne (Blu-ray).

A vinyl version of LEGACY will also be available the same day for $349.98. It has all the music from the CDs on 15 LPs, but none of the videos. Both sets are housed in handsome slipcases and accompanied by a 54-page hardbound book that's filled with rare and unseen photos, memorabilia, and artwork that encompasses the band's entire career.

Grammy-winning mastering engineer Bob Ludwig remastered Hell Freezes Over and Millennium Concert especially for LEGACY. Both albums - along with several tracks from the Singles and B-Sides compilation - are being released on vinyl for the first time ever as part of this collection, save for a small European vinyl pressing of Hell Freezes Over around its original release in 1994. In addition, the phenomenal double-album Eagles Live is making its long-awaited return to vinyl in this set after being out-of-print for decades.

LEGACY follows the Eagles through the different stage of the band's storied career, from the country-rock of early albums like Desperado and the superstar success of Hotel California, to the band's 1994 reunion Hell Freezes Over and its most-recent studio album, 2005's Long Road Out of Eden. All of the band's hits, deep cuts and fan favorites are here, including "Take It Easy," "Already Gone," "Hotel California," "Please Come Home For Christmas," "Heartbreak Tonight" "No More Cloudy Days," and "Get Over It."

The Eagles - Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, with Deacon Frey and Vince Gill - are in the midst of their extensive 2018 North American tour that began in March and continues through December.
