Extensive Boxed Set Explores The Band’s Fourth Studio Album

Remastered Audio, Rarities, Previously Unreleased Live Recordings, And A New Dolby Atmos Mix By Steven Wilson

LOS ANGELES — Yes's fourth album, Fragile, first reached the American Top 10 in February 1972. Reaching platinum in the U.K. and double platinum in the U.S., the record launched the group to new heights with hits like “Roundabout” and its beloved B-side, “Long Distance Runaround.”

This summer, Rhino is releasing an extensive reissue of Fragile featuring a newly remastered version of the original album on both CD and vinyl, plus rare and unreleased recordings. A Blu-ray disc completes the collection with Steven Wilson's new mixes, including the album in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Mix DTS-HD MA.

Fragile (Super Deluxe Edition) will be available on June 28, including four CDs, one LP, and a Blu-ray disc. Renowned audio engineer Bernie Grundman cut lacquers for the set’s LP. The music will also be available on digital and streaming platforms on the same day. 

Fragile marked keyboardist Rick Wakeman’s debut with Yes, which included Jon Anderson (lead vocals), Chris Squire (bass, vocals), Bill Bruford (drums), and Steve Howe (guitar). After he joined in the summer of 1971, the band recorded nine songs for the album, four group arrangements (“Roundabout”), and five individual compositions, including Anderson’s “We Have Heaven” and Howe’s instrumental “Mood For A Day.”

Fragile (Super Deluxe Edition) introduces a new remix of the album and instrumental mixes by Wilson. In addition, two discs of rarities provide a glimpse of the album’s creative journey, from early versions of “Roundabout” and “South Side Of The Sky” to unreleased live recordings from the Fragile Tour, including “Long Distance Runaround / The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus).”

Fragile holds a special place in Yes’ history as the first album to feature artwork by English artist Roger Dean, whose style is now synonymous with the band. Music journalist Syd Schwartz describes the deep connection between the two. “Few marriages of sound and vision are as perfectly suited as Yes and Roger Dean – it was like they grabbed the same shooting star simultaneously. The iconic Yes logo was still an album away, but Fragile established a cosmic vibe forever associated with Yes...”

LOS ANGELES – When Fleetwood Mac finished touring for Tusk in 1980, guitarist Lindsey Buckingham wasted no time jumping back into the studio, recording nearly all the instruments for his 1981solo debut, Law and Order. Before the turn of the century, Buckingham added two more albums to his discography – Go Insane and Out of the Cradle – along with a string of memorable songs for films, including “Holiday Road” from National Lampoon’s Vacation (1983). This summer, Rhino is releasing a new vinyl boxed set featuring Buckingham’s first three solo albums alongside a selection of bonus tracks.

20th Century Lindsey will be available on June 14 from Rhino as a 4-LP set and digitally. A 4-CD set will be released later this year in August. 

The set includes the studio albums Law and Order (1981), Go Insane (1984), and Out of the Cradle (1992), all featuring audio remastered in 2017 from the original master tapes. Those records are joined by 20th Century Rarities, an eight-song compilation of non-album tracks containing hard-to-find mixes and soundtrack contributions, like “Time Bomb Town” (Back to the Future, 1985) and “Twisted” – his duet with Stevie Nicks (Twister, 1996). 

20th Century Lindsey explores Buckingham’s distinctive songwriting, intricate guitar work, and innovative production across dozens of tracks, including stellar songs like Wrong,” “Countdown,” and the Top 10 smash “Trouble” – with Fleetwood Mac bandmate and drummer Mick Fleetwood.

Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda Announces Deluxe Vinyl Re-Issue of Post Traumatic with Bonus Tracks

LOS ANGELES --- Grammy® Award-winning musician and artist Mike Shinoda announces the deluxe vinyl re-issue of his sophomore solo album, Post Traumatic.

Post Traumatic is the deeply personal solo album from Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda recorded in the months following the passing of Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington.

Originally released in June 2018, the 16-track album included the 3 songs from the Post Traumatic EP released earlier that year, plus the singles “Crossing A Line” and “Make It Up As I Go.” This 18-track deluxe vinyl re-issue of Post Traumatic includes two bonus songs: “Prove You Wrong” and “What The Words Meant,”; tracks that were originally released as a limited edition 10” single and added to the digital album.

Despite its title, Post Traumatic – which includes collaborations with K.Flay, blackbear, Machine Gun Kelly, Deftones' Chino Moreno, and grandson – is an album about healing. The songs are specific about Shinoda’s experience with loss yet manage to be universally relatable, thanks to their honesty and heart.

The deluxe vinyl 2-LP set will be released on June 14th in three formats. In addition to black vinyl, two limited editions are being released: one pressed on Orange Crush vinyl, the other a Zoetrope picture disc.

LIVE IN BUFFALO ON JUNE 21

April 30, 2024 (New York, NY) - On July 4th, 2004, multi-platinum, four-time GRAMMY-nominated rock band Goo Goo Dolls performed a legendary concert in their hometown of Buffalo, NY. Over 60,000 fans attended the show and braved a torrential downpour before and during the band's performance in front of City Hall. The 19-song set included all their major hits, including "Iris,” "Name,” and "Slide," as well as a cover of Supertramps’ "Give A Little Bit.” Originally released in November 2004 as a DVD/CD combo, Live In Buffalo will be released on vinyl for the first time on Friday, June 21. Fans can pre-order the limited edition clear vinyl record via Warner Records.
