LOS ANGELES - Teenage yoga-nuts Colleen Collette and Colleen McKenzie love their smart phones and hate their after school jobs at the Eh-2-Zed convenience store in Manitoba. But when an ancient evil rises from beneath Canada's crust and threatens the sophomore girl's big invitation to a senior party, the Colleens join forces with a legendary man-hunter from Montreal named Guy Lapointe to fight for their lives with all seven chakras, one "warrior pose" at a time.

Written, directed and edited by Kevin Smith, Yoga Hosers stars his daughter Harley Quinn Smith and Lily-Rose Depp who both originated the Colleen characters in Smith's 2014 horror film, Tusk. In Yoga Hosers, the women are joined onscreen by their famous fathers: Johnny Depp (as Guy Lapointe) and Kevin Smith (as Bratzi), as well as Justin Long, Haley Joel Osment, Tony Hale and Jason Mewes. Yoga Hosers will premiere in theaters on September 2.

The Colleens can also be heard on YOGA HOSERS: THE SOUNDTRACK, a 10-song collection is currently available from Rhino for a list price of $7.99. A 10-inch pink splatter vinyl featuring four of the tracks from the release is also available for a list price of $14.99.

On the album, Harley Quinn, Lily-Rose and Christopher Drake cover "Babe," a #1 smash for Styx in 1979, as well as Anthrax's "I'm The Man." In addition, the actresses join the Glam Skanks for a raucous version of the Canadian national anthem. The Los Angels-based Glam Skanks contribute three more songs to the soundtrack, including a cover of "The Hockey Song," which was originally written by "Stompin'" Tim Connors in 1971 and is still played at various NHL games today.

YOGA HOSERS: THE SOUNDTRACK opens with the insistent rhythms and vintage synth sounds of "French Disco In Space" from Kid Moxie's 2009 album Selector. The energy level stays high on "Future Stars" from Cheerleader, a young indie pop band that hails from Philadelphia. Another highlight of the eclectic soundtrack is "Wishing Well," which was a massive hit in 1987 for Terence Trent D'Arby, who legally changed his name to Sananda Maitreya in 2001.
